High-Performance Nylon 6 Peel Ply for Composite Applications

The 210°C Heat Resistant Peel Ply is a high-temperature, heat-set and scoured release fabric made from PA6 (Nylon 6) yarn. It is designed for direct contact with composite laminate surfaces during manufacturing processes such as vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion, prepreg lay-up, and hand lay-up. With a maximum temperature resistance of 210°C, it ensures clean release without residue and leaves behind a textured surface that can reduce or even eliminate secondary surface preparation like sanding.

It is available with red tracing lines for visual guidance before and after curing, enhancing process control and traceability.
