Saerfoam, developed by SAERTEX, is an advanced structural PU foam core material reinforced with 3D glass bridges, offering a lightweight, customizable alternative to traditional cores like PVC, PET, and balsa. It is designed to deliver superior mechanical performance and is perfectly suited for infusion and RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) processes.

Description and Application

This hybrid core solution enhances composite strength and reliability while offering full adaptability in terms of density and thickness. For fire protection applications, Saerfoam is also compatible with SAERTEX LEO, enabling flame-retardant composite constructions.
