Description and Application
The Self-Release Tube-Shaped Vacuum Film is a multilayer nylon/polyolefin-based vacuum bagging film with built-in release functionality. Specially designed for use with phenolic and epoxy prepreg/resin systems, this film is ideal for oven and autoclave applications, offering superior mechanical strength and thermal resistance up to 160°C.
With a standard thickness of 70 µm, it provides excellent tensile strength and elongation during compaction processes. The tubular form enables efficient vacuum bagging of elongated or cylindrical parts without the need for sealing seams, saving time and minimizing potential leakage points.
