125°C Polyolefin Release Film

The 125°C heat-resistant polyolefin release film prevents adhesion between composite materials and molds, provides surface protection, and supports uniform resin distribution. Available in both perforated and non-perforated options.

Description and Application

As a critical auxiliary material in composite manufacturing processes, this blue film with a thickness of 28–50 µm ensures clean separation between the mold and composite parts, helping to avoid damage during demolding.

It protects the surface from mold-related imperfections and improves the final part’s surface quality.

During infusion, the film facilitates even resin flow between composite layers, preventing dry spots and inconsistent curing. Additionally, it simplifies mold cleaning, enhances production efficiency, and speeds up workflow.

With both perforated and non-perforated formats available, the 125°C polyolefin release film ensures a smooth infusion process and improves the overall quality of finished composite products.
