INFUSION CONSUMABLES

150°C PP Release Film

The 150°C heat-resistant PP release film prevents adhesion between composite materials and the mold, offers excellent surface protection, and supports even resin distribution. Available in both perforated and non-perforated versions.

Description and Application

This yellow film, with a thickness of 30–50 µm, plays a vital role in composite manufacturing by ensuring easy demolding and speeding up the production process. It prevents bonding to the mold and helps maintain the integrity of composite parts during removal.

By minimizing surface defects caused by the mold, it contributes to achieving a smooth and high-quality surface finish on the final composite part.

During resin infusion, the film facilitates uniform resin flow between layers, preventing dry spots and uneven curing. Additionally, it simplifies mold cleaning and enhances production efficiency.

Offered in both perforated and non-perforated formats, the 150°C PP release film ensures a seamless infusion process and improved final product quality—making it an ideal choice for high-performance and long-lasting composite manufacturing.
