230°C ETFE Release Film

The 230°C heat-resistant ETFE release film is widely used in high-performance composite manufacturing to prevent adhesion, protect surfaces, and support even resin distribution. Available in both perforated and non-perforated options.

Description and Application

With excellent thermal resistance and surface protection properties, this 15 µm thick, blue-colored film prevents bonding between the composite material and the mold, allowing parts to be removed cleanly without damage.

It enhances surface quality by preventing imperfections caused by the mold, and supports uniform resin flow between composite layers during infusion, minimizing the risk of dry spots or uneven curing.
Its easy-to-clean nature accelerates workflow and helps reduce labor costs.

ETFE release film is offered in both perforated and non-perforated versions, providing tailored solutions for different composite manufacturing needs.
