Description and Application

This light green diamond-embossed co-extruded LDPE film is specifically developed for prepreg applications. It offers an ideal solution for separating and protecting prepreg layers during ply cutting operations.

Thanks to its modified surface, it allows rapid air evacuation during debulking, helping to eliminate interlayer gaps and improve composite quality.

With a heat resistance of up to 114°C, the film ensures reliable performance in various composite manufacturing processes. Available in widths up to 1800 mm, this release film enhances production efficiency by speeding up the workflow.
