Up to 205°C Heat Resistance – Superior Sealant Performance for Vacuum Bagging and MoldingSDF205-ST is a high-temperature vacuum bag sealing tape developed specifically for demanding composite manufacturing processes such as vacuum infusion and autoclave curing, especially in the aerospace industry. With excellent adhesion and sealing performance, it withstands curing cycles up to 205°C without flowing or blistering, and can be removed cleanly from mold surfaces after processing.
Up to 205°C Heat Resistance – Superior Sealant Performance for Vacuum Bagging and Molding
SDF205-ST is a high-temperature vacuum bag sealing tape developed specifically for demanding composite manufacturing processes such as vacuum infusion and autoclave curing, especially in the aerospace industry. With excellent adhesion and sealing performance, it withstands curing cycles up to 205°C without flowing or blistering, and can be removed cleanly from mold surfaces after processing.
This cost-effective tape ensures air-tight sealing between vacuum bag films and mold flanges and is compatible with various bagging materials. Its reliable tack and ease of removal make it an ideal choice for both manual and automated layup procedures.
