150°C Heat Resistant Release Film

This 150°C heat-resistant polypropylene release film is designed for composite manufacturing processes that require flexibility and precise resin compatibility. It offers excellent separation performance in prepreg and vacuum infusion applications. The film is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic, and epoxy resin systems, and is available in both perforated (P3, P31, P16) and non-perforated versions.

Description and Application

This 150°C heat-resistant polypropylene release film is designed for composite manufacturing processes that require flexibility and precise resin compatibility. It offers excellent separation performance in prepreg and vacuum infusion applications. The film is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic, and epoxy resin systems, and is available in both perforated (P3, P31, P16) and non-perforated versions.

With high elongation and tensile strength values, this film performs reliably under elevated temperatures. For optimal results in specific applications, small-scale testing is recommended.
