200°C PMP Release Film
The 200°C heat-resistant PMP release film prevents adhesion, protects surfaces, and promotes uniform resin distribution in composite manufacturing. Available in both perforated and non-perforated versions.
Description and Application
This pink-colored film, with a thickness of 30 µm, is designed to withstand high temperatures while preventing bonding between the composite material and the mold. It plays a critical role in ensuring clean part release and minimizing surface defects caused by the mold.
During resin infusion, the film helps resin distribute evenly between composite layers, preventing dry spots and uneven curing.
